The Amenities
Practical comforts, kept in good order. Most of what makes a place easy to come home to is not a feature list — it is the heat being included, the laundry being on your floor, and someone being here when you need them.
Designed for how you actually live
Nine things you get by living at Ridgewood. Filter by where you will find them — inside your home, in the building, or out on the grounds.
Utilities Included
Heat, water, trash, and sewer are all covered by your rent. Electric is the only bill you set up.
On-Site Parking
Resident parking steps from your own entrance, with garages available.
Private Balconies
Most homes open onto a private balcony or patio overlooking the courtyard lawn.
Laundry on Every Floor
Newly installed machines in an easily accessible room, all credit card operated — no coins to keep track of.
On-Site Management
A leasing team on the property every weekday for maintenance requests and questions.
Heat & Air Conditioning
Central heat, plus air conditioning available, keeping every home comfortable year-round.
Secure Entry
Locked building entrances with intercom access for your guests.
Classic Kitchens
Warm wood cabinetry and timeless finishes give every kitchen its own character.
Oak Courtyard Grounds
Mature oaks and maintained lawns between the buildings, cared for through every season.
Green in every direction
Ridgewood sits on the eastern edge of Saint Paul, where the street grid starts giving way to parkland. Two buildings around an oak courtyard, and minutes from the hiking and biking trails at Battle Creek and Pig’s Eye Lake.
Conway Park
Ball fields, a playground, and the rec centre — a half mile up the street.
Battle Creek Regional Park
Hiking and mountain-bike trails through the woods, plus a ski hill, the waterfall, and a dog park.
Pig’s Eye Lake
Hiking and biking trails around the lake and out through the Mississippi bottoms.
Pig’s Eye Heron Rookery
Great blue herons and egrets nesting on the island in the Mississippi — one of the largest colonies in the state.
Indian Mounds Regional Park
Bluff trails along the top of the Mississippi river valley.
Beaver Lake
A fishing lake with a path around the shoreline.
Lake Phalen
A swimming beach, boat rental, golf, and a loop trail around the water.
Bruce Vento Nature Sanctuary
Restored prairie and wetland tucked in below the bluffs.
Conway Park is walkable — a half mile up the street, with the rec centre and a 24-hour gym at the end of the block. Everything else here is an easy ride. The hiking and biking trails at Battle Creek and Pig’s Eye Lake are the two big ones — wooded singletrack on one side of the neighbourhood, river bottoms on the other — with the bluff paths at Indian Mounds, three lakes in between, and the heron rookery four minutes down the road. Times shown are by car, so allow a little longer on two wheels.
