The everyday errands are minutes away; the bigger trips are still under a quarter of an hour.

Six Parks, Two Lakes
Conway Park is a half mile up the street — ball fields, a playground and the rec centre. Battle Creek adds wooded trails, a winter ski hill, a waterfall and an off-leash dog park. Indian Mounds sits on the bluff with the whole river valley below it, and Lake Phalen brings a swimming beach and a loop trail within eight minutes.

From the Corner Gym to the Full Club
An Anytime Fitness sits two minutes away for the 6am habit, and the Conway Recreation Center is closer still. Further out the options widen: climbing walls at Vertical Endeavors, the Eastside YMCA pool, heated classes at CorePower, and Life Time in Woodbury with courts, pools and a spa under one roof.

Target at the End of the Block
